I had purchased a split a/c. From LG Electronics, through their
franchisee Palaniappa Digital Shoppe, s1/s2, Sharmila st, GST road,
Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai-47, It was installed at my premises by
LG's authorized service centre personnel After 5-6 days time, I
noticed that there was no cooling and I immediately reported it to
the seller.. Since then I am waiting for the seller shop/ LG
electronics to repair or replace the machine. So far nothing has
happened. Now the seller is asking me to contact the authorized
service centre, they don't attend to the calls, by chance if they
happen to attend them, they say that the concerned person is busy
to talk to me or his personal assistant says he will talk to me
later, which never happens."
