We do not give guarantee that your consumer complaint will be resolved. However, we provide expert, independent and impartial guidance to consumers and have been able to resolve over 90% of complaints registered with us through alternate dispute resolution methods.

Each visitor who registers to use this service has a user name and password. After registration each visitor will be known as member of CAI and the member may choose his or her own user name and password. Passwords are the private property of the member and for security and privacy reasons; we do not give out passwords to anyone.

We will take all efforts to test our website during production however we advise you to run your own anti-virus program as we will not accept any liability for damage to your computer system or loss of date caused by using our website.

Termination

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription and delete personal details if you are found to abuse our service, which could include but is not limited to hacking, submission of obscenities, fraud or the spreading of computer viruses.
